I am dead seriuos.listen if we try to smile whole day long you will be miracle. Every moment you are conscious try to smile. You will not be able to do so,as its your first attempt. But with a gradual practice within third day i guarantee you that you will see it. You will feel that people are noticing you differently. But i bet you should mold your thoughts in to something that keeps you joyful. This is dumb difficult to attain. Let me help you with that. I suggets these tips and tricks which may help you...(you should make it your own by adding subtracting dividing or multiplying,take any measure...do anything but the result should be same) :-
1) admire your looking
2) let your smile be natural (same as you smile whenever you see........)
3)initially recall some sweet and cute incidents that can make you joyed. (Strictly No laughing)
eg:remembering your girlfriends smile.or whatever you have.
4)Always be passionate.
